Before mobility

  • An employee who can be a citizen of any country, but must have an employment contract concluded with VŠB-TUO and be an academic or non-academic staff member at the university
  • An employee who has successfully passed the faculty selection procedure.

The International Office (IO) will electronically notify all faculty staff of the deadline (usually June for the winter semester and December for the summer semester) for the submission of the "Proposal for mobility abroad" document (see EkF_SME_14_002 guideline).

The submitted document will be submitted for assessment to the faculty management. Then the staff will be informed about the possibility of the trip and invited to administer their trips on the basis of the requirements published on this website.

Mobility applicant:

  •  submit a completed and completely signed Training Mobility Agreement (just a scan)
  • he / she establishes a travel order (CP) and prints it with his / her superior's signature and passes it on to the IO employee, who, after completing other data, hands it over to Mr. Křížková's Economic Department and then to the Dean for signature and sends to the University International Office
  • fills in and signs the Grand Agreement for staff

Before issuing a travel order (CP), the applicant finds out the prices of air tickets or tickets and the prices of accommodation in the given locality and sends them electronically to the International Office EkF (IO) for approval.


After approval, they will arrive with all completed forms at the IO, where the authorized employee will approve the financial requirements for the internship abroad (at least 1 month before departure).
