Summary

The project "APLEX ERP: Cloud-native transformation with secure electronic signing and intelligent assistance" focuses on the experimental development of an innovative digital ERP system solution that will be fully scalable, cloud-native and built on a microservices architecture. The goal is a fundamental modernization of the APLEX ERP system with an emphasis on performance, user-friendliness and security. The main outputs of the project will be: • A new cloud-native ERP system architecture built on microservices using asynchronous processes. • An electronic signature module with blockchain document integrity verification, • An AI chatbot linked to the ERP system's knowledge base, which will serve as a digital assistant for users, • Methodologies, models and recommendations for optimizing system performance, load prediction, The project will be implemented in effective cooperation with VŠB-TU Ostrava, which will provide a research and methodological framework in the areas of system engineering, data analytics and legal aspects of electronic signing. The project outputs will be validated in a pilot operation and prepared for broad commercial deployment across the service, trade and manufacturing sectors. The solution corresponds to the supported areas of the challenge, especially in the categories of artificial intelligence, big data, cybersecurity and digital transformation of business processes, and is fully consistent with the domain DS03 of the RIS3 strategy. The expected impact is the growth of the applicant's competitiveness and the strengthening of the application potential of the research.
