Faculty of Economics, VŠB-TUO is hosting again the international Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme - Sustainable Leadership: Leading Change in a Technologically Transforming World of AI.
The programme brings together students from the Czech Republic, Belgium, Slovakia, Croatia and Poland and focuses on how leadership can support sustainable organisational development in a rapidly changing technological environment shaped by artificial intelligence.
What will students explore?
The programme connects four key areas:
Leadership & Ethics – modern approaches to leadership and decision-making
Sustainability & Environment – ecological responsibility in organisations
Finance – economic sustainability and responsible investment
AI & Technology – using AI to support organisational culture and efficiency
The physical week will include lectures, interactive seminars, teamwork, company and institutional visits, and social activities. Students will work in international and interdisciplinary teams throughout the programme.
From theory to practice
Following the physical week, students will continue working online on a problem-based learning project. Each team will develop a solution to a real-world challenge related to sustainable leadership, considering leadership, environmental responsibility, finance and AI.
The programme will also include a visit to Třinecké železárny, giving students an opportunity to explore sustainability and leadership in a real industrial environment.
